I read this book when it was brand new (and I was just a teenager), I loved it as well as the author's other book "Dry Skull Dreams" which I highly suggest you check out if you haven't already and can get your hands on a copy.

This book sounds pretty wild. A ordinary situation that turns into a horrific one. Reminds me of the work by Manga-ka Junji Ito. His illustrations may see ordinary, until you get to the horror elements like Hellstar Remina (retitled Remina), Tomie, and Lovesick.

Read this book in the mid ‘90s, it’s ill!!! Have read it a few times since, hard to find now. Not sure what happened to the author, seemed to just write this and Dry Skull Dreams (also good). Check it out!

Great review Leon! Got a kick outta seeing two of your Boglin's creatures I have one named Drools, remember seeing a photo of Steven Spielbeg with lots of toys in back of him and had a Boglin creature. Just wondering if you collect the horror magazine Cemetery Dance if you do would love to see a collection video, I have about twenty issues.
