Anyone else feel/agree that The Jinx is far superior to Making A Murderer?

I agree, making a murderer is good but the jinx is a masterpiece

I agree its a superior show.

i think both are great. just that the ending was much more satisfying on Jinx.

No - both are very well-done and fascinating, with excellent openings. If anything I'd say Making a Murderer was a little better. It is interesting though, that they're basically mirror images of each other. The Jinx is about a man who committed evil acts, created chaos but escaped the consequences (for a while), while Steve Avery got hit with the consequences of evil (likely) perpetrated by someone else.

This is not important but in terms of opening themes, Making a Murderer wins!

I usually skip the intro for everything. But not this. It's just perfect.

I not only loved the intro but the timming it had in every episode was perfect, it felt as an integral part of the show I could never fastforward it.

Quite possibly the best intro I have ever seen for any series. I usually fast forward through intros such as Boardwalk Empire and even Game of Thrones, but as a few commenters have mentioned. ..I could also watch this sequence over and over and probably still dig it. Incredible documentary, well done to the Producer and Director.

What i love about the intro is the first time i saw it, you feel dread because you have no idea how all the imagery connects, but by the time I see the final episode i still feel the sense of dread because i now know what Robert was capable of. As our understanding of what's been going on evolves, it takes on a whole new meaning.

Love how they segue from him as a little boy to him in prison. It doesn’t take a psychologist to see that witnessing his mother’s suicide at that young age probably had a lot to do with with him ending up in jail.

Eels - "Fresh blood" .... Great song & amazing intro!
But we can have season 2!!!! He is actually responsible for a 1971 disappearance. A college student went missing, she was last seen near his shop (the one he owned with his first wife).
@JE567779 жыл бұрын
mlesch1 Well that's great news! Not enough people can go missing under Bob's watch for my liking. I'm not sure if that would be enough to carry Season 2 though. They might just write that one up to "Bob being Bob". What if he gets free and kills his douche bag brother? That would be a good storyline. They could tease it at the beginning of the season with dramatic flash forwards. And yes, before I get a bunch of negative responses to this, I am fully aware that Bob's past his murdering prime. I wouldn't bet against him though. I still think he has some game left. FREE BOB!
@gunterdak9 жыл бұрын
JamesD567 Hey with any luck, there'll be some mysterious deaths in prison while he's in there! Bobs definitely got a few more murders in him.
