I think that both Joe and Flip are excellent moderators but have completely different styles. Flip is more inclusive and ask questions and opinions in order to include everyone in the conversation and keep the discussions animated and moving along on topic. Joe's style is to offer opinions and invoke discussion by countering the opinions or provoking discord with those he knows he can get a reaction from mainly Mel, Ish and Flip, A more confrontational style, sort of like his personality as we glimpsed it from his other shows, his dealing with others on those shows and rap career. I am not saying one is better than the other it is a matter of which format you prefer, also a benefit of Flip as moderator is Flip is less the character Queenz Flip and more the person Flip and it is a nice change to see him in that light.

I hate how ignorant this group sometimes- it has nothing to do with ‘liking’ Usher - the difference is that he was underage, only 13 when he went to live with Diddy at the beginning of his career. Diddy groomed and took advantage of a child who just wanted to sing. I remember an interview where usher said Diddy was trying to get him to lose his virginity when he was a teen and was throwing girls at him. I hope someone sees this response. You absolutely NEED your stomach. A huge portion of our immune system is in our gut which is why the majority of illnesses and diseases can all be prevented with proper diet. For a healthcare provider to state that you don't need your stomach is disgusting. People who go through gastric bypass surgery where a huge portion of their midsection is removed become extremely ill post-procedure. These patients have severe nutritional deficiencies and chronic health issues. For people to think that they can remove a portion or their immune systems or inject a medication to lose weight and there not be any consequences is scary.
