The responses to the young man is proving his point. He's trying tell them how they think, and they're dismissing him. The best advice my mom ever gave me was to give the next generation the same grace she gave me and my friends, because we ALL fuck up. Unfortunately, many of my peers forget how much they've fucked up.

At minute 50:58 about this gun finally the youngest one in the group brings up the most important point ! mental health in our community, which plays a big role in this we are raised on survival mode that’s not something someone can turn off just by becoming rich.
@Yourdaddy-d2o28 күн бұрын
Man, if you’re a criminal you’re criminal life‘s about choices. I grew up in survival mode you know right from wrong. You play stupid games you get stupid prizes stop making excuses for people in our community who choose to do stupid inside society, then we as a community always want tweet post RIP are free John John why free John John if he’s out here killing people that’s a menace to society we don’t know nobody out here like that
@comfortablewoman28 күн бұрын
@@Yourdaddy-d2o I 10000% agree with you but that doesn’t take away from those who aren’t / weren’t as fortune as you and I. People have undiagnosed mental health issues but because they don’t know their impulsive actions as just set aside as a criminal . Bipolar being a big factor in our communities goes untreated in a lot and makes their lives horrible .
@Yourdaddy-d2o27 күн бұрын
@@comfortablewoman that’s still an anomaly not everybody has bipolar disease in our community. A lot of people choose to make bad decisions. That’s all it comes down to. I was raised in the same environment raised by my grandparents no mother no dad not once have I ever thought about shooting somebody common sense can’t get away with it if you can’t see all the people around you that commit murders go to jail and never come home again that’s on you as a person stop making excuses.

When flip says it takes a village to raise a child people only think about the good villages that raise children. What about the bad villages that raise children such as the bad villages they got a hold of Lil Durk King Von NBA YoungBoy i’m pretty sure they were raised by villages, but the villages that raise them were bad. Look at the things that they had them doing it is most importantly a dad to raise a son because dad keeps his son out of jail and his daughter off stripperpoles. If you’re able to forget having a village raise your children, that is how many different moral values that to your children that you may not agree with if you’re able to take care of your children and take care of your children you can put your morals and value solely instead of relying on other people to do that that’s the problem with our community.
@dazza81828 күн бұрын
"it takes a village to raise" is about a positive and healthy environment. That's the whole point of the saying. Obviously there's bad influences and other factors, but that is not the point of the quote. It's very simple.

Ill never understand trying to rationalize or excuse all this gang violence, especially amongst rappers. These arent 12 year olds in the hood doing what they are tought to survive, these are grown ass rich men choosing to beef and break the law, leading to victims and further glorification of ignorant and violent behavior. If Durk did the crime he should do the time. Simple
