This podcast has become increasingly difficult to engage with. The recent addition of Mark has further exacerbated this issue. Joe frequently criticizes those who pander, yet he appears to be the most significant offender, particularly with his alignment towards far-left narratives. While it is understood that hip hop culture predominantly leans Democratic, and there may be financial incentives to cater to this audience, such actions are profoundly disappointing. Mark's assertion that men can have babies is particularly concerning. In today's climate, where the fear of being 'cancelled' looms large, it is crucial to maintain integrity and authenticity.

@@MaatBlack-t7c I typically refrain from engaging in extended exchanges within the comment sections of online platforms. However, in the spirit of open dialogue and to afford everyone the benefit of the doubt, I make it a point to respond at least once. 1. Regarding your initial assertion about allowing everyone to express their views and subsequently discerning their validity, I find myself in complete agreement. I am a staunch advocate for free speech, even when I disagree with the sentiments expressed. As Evelyn Beatrice Hall eloquently encapsulated Voltaire’s philosophy, "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." It seems there may have been a misunderstanding of my original comment, as I believe you might be conflating the right to free expression with the notion of uncritical allegiance to a particular ideology, which are distinctly different concepts. 2. Concerning your second point about the influence of celebrities on political opinions, I concur with your perspective. Personally, I am indifferent to the political views of celebrities. Nonetheless, it is important to recognize that not everyone shares this indifference, and many individuals are indeed swayed by the rhetoric of public figures. This is evidenced by the frequent solicitation of celebrity endorsements by political parties, which undeniably impacts electoral outcomes. While I may disagree with this phenomenon, it is a reality that shapes public perception and political landscapes. 3. On the matter of the significance of our votes, I must express my strong dissent. I firmly believe that our votes hold substantial weight. To dismiss their importance is to adopt a defeatist mindset that absolves one of the responsibility to participate and effect change. As Plato wisely observed, "Those who refuse to engage in public affairs are destined to be ruled by evil men." It is imperative that we actively participate rather than remain passive observers, lest we find ourselves subject to policies that are not in our best interest. There are additional points I wish to address, but time constraints prevent me from doing so at the moment. Thank you for your comment, and may you be blessed.

@zacharyadamcruz Thanks for the reply. 1. I would propose that an uncritical allegiance to anything is at it most basic, a form of freedom of expression. 2. If it is a popularity contest, then nothing you or I say on here will make a blind bit of difference. 3. I'm less of a defeatist, more of a cynic. After a bit more reading, It seems i misunderstood how the electoral college works. I thought the popular vote had absolutely no bearing on the electoral vote. It does, but only in the sense that you vote for your senator or representative, who then is charged with choosing a selector to cast a ballot for the presidency. A selector can't be a senator or representative, but the winner of the state election gets given all the electors anyway. Sheesh, that's convoluted. The electoral college and super delegates seem like an unnecessary step in the whole process. How about "One man. One vote.?" That way, the popular vote wins the election. How can a candidate have almost 3 million more votes and still lose the election? I'd say make it make sense, but it doesn't. I really appreciate the reply, though. You have a blessed day, too.

I came to the conclusion a long time ago the Flip just is not a smart person. That is totally fine! I just wish he would stop chiming in on topics that he clearly doesn’t have fleshed out thoughts on. Like during the political topic he just interjected because he doesn’t like what someone is saying (mainly Marc in this episode). He doesn’t even know why he doesn’t like it , it just makes him feel a way.

Or even worse, doing nothing at all, possibly giving him a win to let his schumuckery back into the white house. Keep acting like this shit is a game.

Kamala is not someone we respect in the black community. She isn't one of our aunts, last time I checked my aunts don't wash greens in a bath tub. She ain't like any of my grandma's. Definitely nothing like my mother. She is a HINDU biracial Indian woman raised in Canada pretending to be a Black America Freedman. She hasn't done anything for our community and never will. Didn't she swear into the VP office as an Asian woman? Not a Black one. They must be sending the JPB some of those DNC checks. Cus this is nasty behavior. Before anyone jumps down my throat about Trump, no Diddy. I'm voting for Cornell West. B1 ✊🏾!
