Great reaction and agree completely with you about the look of the film, so gritty with shots through dirty windows and pallid lighting. Extremely well shot and a powerful story to boot. Hopefully one day you'll watch Taxi Driver on this channel, which directly inspired the look and feel of Joker.

Have you seen other Batman media or read the comics? Joker in most versions doesn't wear clown make up . He fell into a vat of chemicals that permanently bleached his skin and gave him the green hair and red lips . Only Heath Ledger's Joker started the clown make up trend. I prefer the bleached skin but i love this movie . It's one of my all time favorites. Seen it twice in the movie theater and I'm super excited for Joker 2

I can't speak on refrigerating bread, but if I ever am not going to eat the whole loaf before date, you can put it, like eggs and a lot of stuff, into the freezer, then use it over the next year rather than few weeks like not frozen. I normally slightly toast bread, whether frozen or not, in a toaster oven before eating, so it turns out the same whether it's was from the shelf or freezer. If I'm going to put it in the freezer, it's best to loosen the slices of bread from each other a little, just so they aren't pressed hard together when they freeze and make it hard to separate the ones you want to take out.

I think you should watch it again, you missed that, in his mother's letter to Thomas Wayne, she was saying to Thomas that "YOUR SON and I need your help", but why would she make the claim that he was Thomas's son in her letter, if it was known that she adopted her child ? A woman can't get away with accusing you of being her baby's daddy unless she got pregnant . It seems that you took it as she was just completely delusional, as it was presented according to Thomas Wayne's story, who was definitely one of the most powerful men in Gotham as I've always understood the Batman mythology, but I think they intentionally put the story together to leave it open to interpretation. If you watch it again you'll see that they made it seem as though it could've gone 1 of 2 ways. 1. either she was completely delusional and this completely delusional woman was able to qualify to adopt a baby for some reason? Or 2 it was a cover up. I tend to believe the 2nd idea. Thomas Wayne was a powerful wealthy influential public figure who could have easily paid to have had the paperwork drawn up to cover up the truth of this story, and locked her up in mental institution, which is exactly what the young Penny Fleck was saying happened when she was talking to the guy at the mental institution, she said it was a cover up 1. Because she worked for Thomas Wayne for years as his pretty assistant, and she wasn't crazy then, as his assistant for years, until a baby came into the picture, but why would a single woman be able to adopt a baby to put herself into the difficulty of being a single mother? adoption centers aren't going to allow a single woman living in poverty to adopt a child especially without a Father and a Mother with no mental illnesses and without a certain level of financial stability and a safe stable Home for the child. And only after she claimed that it was Thomas Waynes baby did she suddenly become crazy. 2. A powerful wealthy public figure like Thomas Wayne being accused of adultery with his Assistant would've been a threat to his legacy, but you know how a man in his position would do working with his young pretty assistant everyday. ( you know he was hitting that 😂) And then when she said he was the daddy he couldn't let that reality become known Just like many Men in a similar wealthy positions like that In the real world.
