mabye if you get killed you have to roll death save rolls and if you fail 3 times you get a punishment for the day

I like that a lot death save roll sis a great idea I have a 1d100 table that I'm using with mostly negative outcomes. But a smaller chart for 3 failed death saves would be great and keep me on my toes. Maybe I will just roll the 1d100 once a day and then keep a smaller more impactful punishments for the death saves. Thank you for the comment I appreciate the suggestion I will be sure to implement it.
