When Adhiban opened the game with 1.b3, Anish knew he had to be careful. A loss here and the beast would get the bragging rights for a long time to come! Giri played the opening very well and it seemed as if he would be able to beat Adhiban. But then came a careless error and the beast was all over his opponent! As usual after the game Anish tweeted! Check out this video to understand the journey of the Tweet and also get a feel of the emotions of the players!

There was a sparring match between the two about 1 b3... Anish was very critical about the opening and Adibhan is a fierce proponent of 1 b3... Adibhan even has a chessable course on it... Adibhan while playing a friendly had suggested as much to Anish that if he beats him with the opening 1 b3 Anish was never to show his face in public or any public platforms... Although Anish did not accept the challenge he did not decline it outright... That is the whole story behind the story...
