This video is amazing! I'm one of those who adore the feeling of a book in my hands, as opposed to a tablet. The heft of the book, turning the pages, and most importantly the embossing or different textures on the covers and pages. Long live actual books.

My revision course asked us to take a look at this video our first week. I love it! Cant wait to share it. Loved the music too. All the wondeful hours I've spent with my nose in a book being transported hither and you and now it's my turn to create a journey for someone else to take! I hope one day my book winds up at TYPE!

My class actually made a stop-motion film of our classroom. It was inspired by this. I showed this video to my teacher in late December and she loved it so much, she showed it to every teacher that was in their classroom at the time. We just have to wait for the principal's reply to see if we can post it on youtube or not. Lol the only reason I made this account was so that I could post it before my other classmates.

I was doing a cleanup of my favorite video list and I clicked the delete button one too many times, accidentally getting rid of this. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise, though, because I had to come back here to re-favorite it and ended up watching the video a few times through. This video never fails to make me smile. :)

An amazing way to get in the soul of books. A very funny way to show your bookshop to the world. In Buenos Aires it was recently shown this night on tv at main night news program, as a creative way for selling and spending time with imagination. Thank you so much, cause books are alive and make us dream and fly always !

I started reading with 20, two years ago .. and i must say reading changes your personality and the way your think so much. Some of them offer so much value which can improve your life over time. Sadly enough I did not start earlier reading.

Gorgeous animation! There truly is nothing quite like a real book. No digital copy will ever come as close to the heart as a well loved paperback with its worn spine and well-flipped pages, that comforting book smell that seems to relax away all worries... If we're honest with ourselves though, something does have to be said for being able to fit an entire library of "dancing" literary masterpieces in the palm of your hand via ebook reader... its a book-lovers dream.

while backpacking in EU in early 70's, stayed at Shakespeare and Company, Paris for a week. George would kick all the 'guests' -students- out at noon, and allow us all back at midnight. The shop came alive at midnight with students sweeping the dirt floor, filing books and finally cooking 'dinner' at 1 am.

I once had an artistic brother that passed away at a very young age. One of his projects -shortly before he got ill- was to turn his living quarters completely white. He painted almost everything and turned all his hundreds of books backwards on their shelves, so he only saw the white sides. This beautiful video reminds me of him. Thank you!

this video signifies what life, and being human, is all about. it is clear that many, many eyes and hands and heads and hearts came together to create this captivating clip. life is art. art is creation. and regardless of what was done here, something NEW was created. the profundity lies in the fact that books mirror life. i hope to see more like this one!

How can someone call life, a life without books? A man that don't loves books, when will be old, will have only one life to recount, his own life. A man who loves to read, will have a billion of lifes, stories, and adventures, and will never be alone.
