True Crime Daily on TV (and KZbin) covered it well too. I think most people who are present at crime scenes, and comforting the injured individuals, will usually say the most positive things they can. Everyone, remember: THE most dangerous time for a person in an abusive relationship is when they’re leaving. Once the abuser loses control, all bets are off. If you’re experiencing abuse/coercive control and you want to leave the relationship, STAY OFF social media. Don’t allow any apps on your phone to track your location. Stay with family members or friends who you trust and try to limit your time alone. Advise the local police that you have an abusive ex who you fear may threaten violence if they find you. It’s a lot, and it can be stressful and scary, but it may mean the difference between staying alive and the alternative.

Being aware of Narcissistic Personality Disorder is VERY IMPORTANT life information to know. It can save your life. Im glad stories like these are being told now so people can be aware of these malignant narcissists and know the red flags to either avoid a relationship or get out of one SAFELY. The exit strategy is just as important.

And followed by a strict “no contact” dynamic to ensure the narcissist never is able to manipulate again. The victim(s) often want the contact bcz they have been conditioned by the manipulation. I’ve been there. After 7 years no contact I still occasionally watch narcissist information videos & they remind me of the insanity bcz normal people want to understand it & the behavior is completely illogical & irrational. No contact saves lives.

Exactly. People want to believe this kind of pathology is curable. It isn't. Psychopaths won't change. Never. They are not human, they are predators. If you encounter one: run, this is not a person. You told this case so well, your empathy and respect is palpable - and it made me cry. Another story about a cruel, controlling narciccist- erasing his family/ wife from this planet. All of them could/would have a positive impact to our society, but this little, meaningless and anxious waste of space had decided to not let them. Hearing of all this cases of femizide all around the world makes me think of the plague. It really feels like a global pandemic and it saddens and frustrates me to no end. But how can we, as a society learn to cope or - much better stop these type of crime? I think, at first we have to give the police much better "tools" to work with. So many of this crimes could be prevented if (that may sound naive) if there were some sort of "checklist", an evaluation with psychiatrists, (forensic) psychologists and special trained police personell - bc there HAS to be a pattern! This did NOT happen out of the blue, ther ARE signs way before and all they can do is writing restraining orders? No, seriously - this has to change! @@lespaulguitarist92 I don't think an observer like us can judge whether the son supported one or the other, he was just a young boy who no doubt loved both his parents, was unhappy that they were separating and that Dad was so angry and aggressive towards his mother, and just did as he was told. The girls were older and more able to understand the situation, make their own decisions and say what they thought, and that probably cemented them as targets in Kraig's warped mind.
