This looks like a great product with great features but the music and effects legit made it difficult to process it all

Haha, these trailers are meant as a bit of a joke. Tomorrow we will release a guide video.

Does this work for the iOS version of anki??
@MigakuOfficial2 жыл бұрын
It works on Mac but not iOS, you would need to use a computer to create the cards you need then you can study them on your phone.

Can I create a deck with all of the kanji that appear in my sentence deck? I dont wanna study kanji before I study the sentences, but rather study the kanji for sentences I’ve already done.
@MigakuOfficial3 жыл бұрын
Yes you can.

seems cool, If I wouldn't have already learned 3K kanji with your previous addons, great stuff mate good work, I'll check it out maybe somehow it can be used for vocab?
@saxoncameron3 жыл бұрын
Yep, you should still find it useful! Even if you're done with pre-made decks and have a good grip on kanji, you can use the addon for lookups (and see what vocab your searched kanji appears in - super useful!). Also, you can set it up so that it creates cards for you when you come across new/unseen kanji as you go about sentence mining. I also create recognition cards for kanji I already know but feel "weak" in, so I can strengthen my recognition by practising recall it in the context of the vocab I've already learned.

If you guys made supports for Latin, Ancient Greek, and Old English that would be godlike. Have you guys given any considerations to this idea?
@MigakuOfficial3 жыл бұрын
We'd be interested in that eventually, but it's still a little far away for now.

Or just learn Japanese and then learn kanji IN Japanese. That's what I did and it's better and I know Japanese, it's been 3 years. No mnemonics, no English keywords and no forgetting. Learn words. (Not by grinding in your Anki sentence deck. By listening and reading.) When you have enough words start learning kanji. For example if you want to learn 撮影, you will know what 撮影 means and you also will know 撮 means 撮る and 影 means かげ. Then look up the radicals and start writing.
