Thank you. Things I learnt: 1. Fold your front leg roundhouse kicking foot back to your butt before releasing it. 2. (As indicated by YT thumbnail) To disguise a rear foot round house kick, start with what will look like a straight forward knee without rotating the supporting (axis) leg, and then rotate the supporting leg and hips at the last minute. 3. Practice by doing bouncy alternating knees, high leg lifts, and forward and reverse hip rotation. I am an old geezer with "yotayota" hips so I will try thise exercises now. Ossu!

Avro capito il 10% di quello che ha detto, ma di come ha dissezionato la tecnica mi sembrava molto professionale, sopratutto quello del calcio circolare con la gamba di dietro, e molto comune fare l errore di portare il corpo avanti prima del calcio. Saluti dalla Sicilia.
