Anyway, one thing I notice is that most West African countries focus on their capital cities every development, infrastructure and so on are concentrated in these capital cities and rest are neglected. The story in East Africa and Southern Africa is different. If it wasn't the fact that Ghanaian leaders, local or foreign institutions spending a lot of money to develop Accra, it would've be the dirty town in Ghana.
