@@juanchohitdalotto im gonna break it down for you. 1. Heavy on water, water is your best friend. Start the heavy drinking early on, allow to use body to flush out a lot of water weight and it’ll help you digest other stored fat inside. 2. Avoid anything with high sodium or carbohydrates content. If anything look for things high in protein and fat (not saturated or transfat) 3. Workout profusely 5-6 times a week, make sure you’re sweating as much as possible, regardless of how much time you put in during the workout it does not have to be hours and hours. Work smarter not harder. 4. make sure you’re getting enough sleep at night create good habits in terms of a sleep schedule and eating schedule. 5. Have a working weight scale at home to track progress. 6. Do not over consume supplements, protein shakes all at once. Make sure you progressively reach your protein goals by the end of the day. Throwing up is not a good sign. 7. This is if you have access and if you have the tolerance, then you can utilize both the sauna and taking Epsom salt baths at home as well. This will make you lose a lot of water weight within a single day. Be careful because people can die while inside and as a result of heat stroke.

I used to box and trained a couple of amateurs years ago. I went straight to one meal a day with very minimal carbs, just a few weeks ago, maybe 15g max per day. I don't eat processed food, zero sugar and only water, lemon water and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with the water. I eat steamed spinach, broccoli or kale (Max 8 mins. steamed to not lose vitamins and minerals); ground beef (80/20 or less 73/27 for fat to take place of burning carbs) I also added Italian sausage (without BHA) and mozzarella (find some without modified cornstarch/food starch) with some red peppers, bell peppers, onions and garlic cloves. I eat a bag of organic Romaine lettuce salad (about 6 cups) with homemade extra virgin olive oil and vinegar dressing. On occasion I add 2-4 boiled eggs. Two weeks ago I did a 54 hour fast and walked 6 miles in 94 degree heat and humidity which felt like 106 degrees, according to the weather report. I lost 15 pounds in 8 days!!! Now I lose about a pound a week. By the way, that walk put me on the brink of heat stroke!! I am not recommending, just telling you all what I did, including the dumb things.

I've been doing a 20 hour fast and eating low to no carb meals and no processed sugars for about 4 weeks. With a 4 hour eating window I eat a relatively protein rich meal based on home cooked whole foods meats and veggies. I don't eat a small amount of food but I certainly don't over eat. At this point in time I am not working out due to time constraints with a busy office life but I'll get back into the gym asap as I'm sure I could get even better results with some lifting and cardio. I'm consistently loosing about half a kilo (1 pounds) a week. It's slow but works. I usually do this when I wanna peel back a bit of weight and when I'm happy with it I'll re-introduce a small lunch making it a 16 to 18 hour fasting window. Teddy is right, get your mind right first, that discipline around what you can control such as the food you eat is paramount for success and liberating as all hell.

best way to cut weight is intermitting fasting imo..just not sure if boxers use it as part of their training but it sounds like it makes sense..your body has more time to repair muscles rather than using energy to digest food..so say you fasted 16-8 you can have 2 or 3 meals during the eating hours which is 8 in this case but you can only consume water during fasting..the trouble with eating meals spread out over the day and snacking is insulin spikes which will make it difficult to burn off fat.the week leading up to the fight you could fast for 2 days solid..but make sure its on alternative days and you eat the next day as usual..then once you weigh in you load back up with carbs for the fight..weigh cut easy..

i lost a bunch of weight when i started coming into age as a man. but in order to get to the next level i couldnt find motivation. sports didnt do it for me anymore. most adult leagues practice too little and play too hard. Boxing was it for me. the training was focused on all of my weak points. and the secret is, when you work on and improve your bodies physical weaknesses, it strengthens your mind and resolve. ive learned so much through boxing, met amazing people, stayed disciplined and fit, at a level that is waaaay higher than any soccer player or basketball player can hope to achieve. its plain simple facts, that fighting, and being in true fighting shape, is the upper limit of the human condition. its completely different. i challenge anyone to simply shadow box for 3 minutes and see how you feel. but really give it a try. use imagery and everything. take it serious. gonna be a long 3 minutes.

Some extra day-to-day tips for regular (non-fighting/non-athlete) people. - Drink a full glass of water *BEFORE* eating your meal. - Eat your meal on the meal table. *NOT* in front of the TV and *NOT* while watching anything. It helps your brain focus on just your food and your eating itself rather than you feeling like you're just stuffing it down a black hole. Furthermore, when you eat while watching something, you often tend to get the urge to add more food to occupy the screentime/duration of whatever it is you're watching. For movie snacks, try going for grapes or berries - they're an underrated choice. If you REALLY wanna have popcorn, get it plain. Maybe lightly salted but no heavy butter or any artificial flavoring. Same goes for chips and you have to go for the small packs. - *FIBER.* Good poops. People often underestimate how greatly helpful that is. 👌🏽 Ask your doctor/dietician for supplement recommendations if you need them. - *WALK.* Jogging isn't fun for everyone and if you're not used to it, you'll likely quit eventually. Go for regular 30-minute to 1 hour brisk walks. It's low impact and easy on the muscles & joints. If you can't make the time then consider walking to places where you would normally use a car or commute to, unless you're in a bad neighborhood, in which case, maybe get a modest treadmill and walk while watching TV or listening to an audiobook/podcast. These small adjustments to your habits make for long-term improvements. All too often, we feel like we need sudden drastic changes in our lifestyle to improve our health and it's that mental hurdle that keeps a lot of people from taking action or maintaining the habits. Start small and find the sustainable ones that fit your schedule and lifestyle. 👍🏽 [Lastly, it's not really an everyday tip I would normally give but since this is a fight channel, you probably love fighting so why not try shadowboxing for fitness? A good 10-minute shadowbox session will still get you sweating. Consider it. There are YT videos that you could follow to help you out. You'll be doing it in your house/room anyway so you don't really have to worry about whether you look good doing it or not.]
