Thank you Rupert. Your voice is so beautiful and soothing.🙏🏽 The realization that my sense of being or “l” and knowing all perceptions, sensations, emotions are the same thing. Then recently those apparently different things (perceptions, sensations, emotions) have all collapsed into one space and it’s very clear that when my mind isn’t labeling anything, that everything is simply knowing. When I stay with it, the sense of separation evaporates. There is a child like bubbling joy that comes and a deep, deep sigh of relief… a rooted ness in peace as peace. Your teachings over the past 2 years have brought me home and I am eternally grateful.🦋❤️

Can I please ask is there something you have been "doing" over the last two years while watching Rupert, that has helped you come to this clarity.?Is it simply coming back to this sense of "I"again & again persistently & putting the teaching first above all else?. Experientially I can relate have touched this space on numerous occasions..but keep "forgetting"especially when around other people...i hope this makes sense have trouble with the right words sometimes..thankyou in advance for your response❤🙏?

@@willywagtails7984Hello my friend. I understand exactly what you’re experiencing. It seems to be the way our true nature gradually divests itself of the personal sense of self… it’s a process almost. Every chance you get when your thinking mind isn’t required.. like taking out the trash, driving, doing the dishes, simply relax you awareness in or backwards allow it to open and allow everything simultaneously. The pressure of your feet on the floor, the water on your hand and how it sounds, the visual perception of the plate… etc…Be aware of awareness and fully in the present moment and with those simple tasks completely. That slows the mind. Those tasks don’t require thought… you will see it’s a happening. It flows through you as you… but it’s not the personal you doing… because that doesn’t exist. You realize you are the pressure of your feet on the ground. You are the perception of the dish. You are the sound of water going down the drain… it’s all just knowing and they are all the same when your mind is still. Your sense of knowing you are and everything perceived collapses into a single knowing…you. It gradually makes itself known around people… it takes awhile… because our thoughts are very active around people usually… but your mind quiets the more you go back and rest as awareness and know yourself as that. Make it the primary interest in your life after work and family responsibilities and you begin to realize “what you seek is also seeking you”. With love and kindness. Tiffany 🦋

Rupert often says that being aware of being aware is not a special experience...well it was a pretty special experience that caused Eckhart to sit on a park bench for months and months

But isn't the recognizing of the screen, the awareness of being, yet another experience, albeit self-awareness. The self is aware of itself. Space being aware of itself. And that's all there really is.

If academic science is about the outer world, and Buddhism seeks to discover the universal laws of nature about the inner world, then Buddhism is akin to physics because they both are concerned with structure that all other sciences must agree with. Since Buddhism came first, just like chemistry and biology were responses to physics, so are Islam and Christianity responses to Buddhism; Buddhism and physics make it possible for their subsequent sciences, including the resolution of considerable confusion in the science that preceded them, namely, astronomy and Judaism. Just like with applied physics, we are at a stage in the history of science of the inner world where engineers doing applied awakening are collaborating and consensus making so that technology can be designed by these experts. While many householders over the centuries since The Buddha have tried to design their own technology, in the future, just like with the technology of the modern economy, will be designed by experts on behalf of householders who will learn from them how to use it.

To me there is no real meaning to life. It is simply - an opportunity to make of it what we wish, being that this is a free-will zone and all.
