Wow, David, your insights into the staffing industry and your willingness to adapt and learn from challenges are truly impressive. It's fascinating how you're navigating the balance between salary structure and profitability. In light of this, I'm curious about one thing: as you consider transitioning to a more profit-based compensation model, have you identified any specific key performance indicators that you'll be using to determine each team member's share of profits?

David, your insights and adaptive mindset are indeed impressive, and as you navigate this transition, embracing a broader perspective on employee contributions can enhance the fairness and effectiveness of your compensation model. This approach aligns with the understanding that a successful staffing business isn't solely built on financial gains but also on the cultivation of a dynamic and skilled team.

For the hunter, I learned to hunt with a guy who is part Indian and let me tell you he really knew his stuff, for as we were hunting no one knew where we were, but we could definitely see others!! I’ve also learned how to get close the hunted!

I like to use airplane mode when I’m with my family. I can still take some photos or videos of the kids but now no phone calls or text come in to interrupt our thoughts and what I have going on in front of us.

12:44 no such thing as work-life balance, work at work and be at home at home, do not mix them. But this is after you’ve passed the treadmill stage, until then you work everywhere (until you can delegate) 22:45 be unreasonably optimistic, your hope comes from God, from His promises, it’s a never-ending source, I am always irrationally optimistic/hopeful about the future, I refuse to complain/mope and only see the negative, I always see the positive in every situation, in rain or shine it’s all from God to His glory 25:15 implement this with employees (sets you apart from corporate business that doesn’t care about its employees)

Sounds like that last caller needs to change something about his business model. It is not a salary issue, at least in my eyes.

You’re a superstar & smart dude Dave. Fortunately, for anyone who might otherwise envy you, your insecurity and implicit anger you carry around 24/7 prevents others from desiring what you have 😂
