The last story was so sad. I feel really bad for Scot Snead for taking his own life, he was in so much pain and just couldn't deal with the mistake he made. RIP man. Sorry if I spelled his name wrong.....Also subscribed, really enjoy your content.

The police charged him with manslaughter, and Kenda says _nothing ?_ If the detective believes it to be a justified shooting, and disagrees with their decision, he just should say so. Being charged & going through a public grand jury trial, obviously added to his pain & suffering.

Even if Kenda say's something the hellbent prosecutor will never let him stand in court as a witness telling the jury it's a case of self defense.

It sounds like the big guy was a bit of a bully and was fuelled by booze. The DA probably realised that the jury would see the size disapity and the fact the big guy threw a punch without saying anything. It's interesting that the victim eventually committed suicide. Now Imagine what real cops see everyday, and the trauma involved. Sadly, many cops do not recover from the trauma of having to shoot someone or see dead bodies, especially those of children, and end up committing suicide. Very sad.
