Our minds were not in the right place. And many are stuck with that fucked up mentality they develop as they grow. I realized all long as I’m still alive I should be grateful and have many opportunities, because there are many that didn’t have that chance to even get their minds right before it was too late! So it would be extremely disrespectful to those that died too early or did something for me to say life sucks and just give up!They are part of the reason I should keep going. They should be part of your motivation. Being able to grow old is what we should look forward to. Sometimes I wish I could go back in time and tell everyone to get their minds right before they make fucked up decisions that end them!

"jay commited suicide" always freaked me out because my name is jay and i used to be a happy kid with my best friend but we got depressed and i almost killed myself, i really missed when we used to be happy, now we can't even see eachother for years

When I was a teenager I had a bright future. I had a wonderful family, I was good-looking, all of my friends adored me. I was supposed to become a sensation of tennis, I was the lead singer of my own Metal band, and I volunteered in the Red Cross rescuing people from car accidents or needing assistance once a week... Now at 45 I am the one staying home smoking pot all day, my girlfriend (when we were teenagers) committed suicide not even 2 years ago like my friend Theo and Alex died of overdose. This song is too painful and TRUE💔 😢
