I built the Tamiya kit of the Prince of Wales 1/350 a few years back, the sister ship, and I can tell you it was easy, and a lot of fun to make! You will enjoy this kit.

Cool Kit, just a thought, it would be a Pain and quite Time Consuming, but you could Cut those Panels Out on those Cranes and if you could find a sheet of Balsa Wood or Plywood even and use the kit deck for a Templet and cut it out and use that. Anyways, i'll be watching. 🤓👍

I like the balsa idea! I didn't think about that. I do have some PE coming that includes the cranes but I will keep it in mind for future builds. Thank you so much! Ed.
