I love how Jinjer can flawlessly meld genres together, sometimes in the same song! I also really like how both of these songs share the same lyrics, brilliant song writing!

This is what Jinjer are about, they're so versatile and can do it all.

Awsome reactions! Man, first time I listened to Beggar's Dance I had the very same reaction of yours my jaw dropped hard and I repeated it thousands of times. This song made me love these guys a little bit more. In my car's play list Beggar's comes just before of "Who's gonna be the one" and man... the amount os people that I shocked by saying that both songs have the same singer... just nobody who doesn't knows Jinjer believes that could be true... Please keep them coming!

Thank you very much! I am glad you enjoyed the video 😊 There will definitely be more Jinjer in the future, I love this band!

Beggars Dance made me want a jazz album from Tatiana. It's a metal band... and yet. The other unique thing about this is the lyrics are lines taken from all the other songs on the album which is something I haven't seen anyone else do. So for instance "hopeless baggars dancing to this beatific flute" is from Captain Clock. "cherish lives to the underworld" is from Psces, etc..

The lyrics thing is a very cool touch. I second the wish for some clean-jazzy foray from Tatiana.

When they were touring as an opener they played Beggars Dance from a recording as they cleared the stage and there was a bootleg filmed from one side of the stage into the wings and the next band is in the wings dancing like Calvin and Hobbes. Which has to be a great way to get in the mood to perform, I must say.

It's a rare but awesome reaction whenever any reactor does this double shot! Beggar's Dance was the one song that actually surprised me more than my introduction to Jinjer with Pisces (Live Session). Home Back from the Macro album is a close third and now that you've moved onto that album I'd highly recommend it as one of my personal top 5 Jinjer songs and for the lyrical impact due to current events in their home country. That being said Judgement and Punishment, Retrospection, Pit of Consciousness (which I see you've already reacted to) and from the Micro EP - Teacher, Teacher are must listens!

Tatiana has a great voice. I would love her to cover some Amy Winehouse songs with a Jinjer touch.

Great reaction - thank you! I guess that was the "beggar's dance" you were doing? I'd be so down for a full Jinjer album of smooth jazz!

Micro and Macro can be considered as part of the same album. They were recorded at the same time and are part of the same “set” of songs.

If Tati came out with a straight jazz or bosanova album I would buy it. Notice that both songs have the exact same lyrics.

Jinjer. I am so happy! You took me to the sweet spot of a band I respect, but didn’t listen to without a reactor attached. My groove found their groove. Thanks for being THAT reactor to rip it open for me. ✌🏼

Now listen to the album and look out for the lyrics throughout.

You should really do Just Another off this album, also. It's one of the best songs on the album. But, you can always come back to it later, if you prefer. I'm looking forward to seeing you get into Micro/ Macro. You're going to notice quite an evolution in their music, as Vlad's influence and song writing is integrated into the band. You've already done Perennial, but Teacher Teacher and Ape are the other two must listens on Micro. With Macro, hell, damn near the whole album is must listen, lol. But Pit of Consciousness Live in Kiev and Judgement & Punishment vocal one take are good starters.

I sometimes have this album in my car and I still play cd,s so when the album is done it automatically repeats it self and you have the two songs right after each other that is also an experiance . I greatly respect aband that is not affraid to do these things.

Beggars Dance is one of the songs I wish they would re-record with Vlad, it would sound so much better without the sample-replaced, sterile, grid-alligned drum sound that "plagues" this whole album. In fact, if you listen to the album's songs side by side with Vlad's versions you can clearly hear the improvement. Pisces is the best example of this. 🙂

Bashing Dmitry isn't far he's an incredible drummer AND he's still heavily involved with the band as a live audio mixer on some of their most well known vids that everyone reacts to.

100% Album version of Pisces is the only Jinjer song I often skip altogether when playing through their discography. It makes me cringe if someone listens to that version of the song as their first introduction to this band.

Moving on without 2 of the best tracks on the album? Just Another "Official Vid" and Under the Dome "Vlad offical playthrough with vocal and full audio."
