Good squat depth, Paul. Your opinion, Paul......How would you strengthen your Rectus Femoris? Thanks Paul.

Leg extensions are king, also that split squat variant you saw he was doing where you focus your intention on your back legs straightening out and then going back into the starting position

As a underweight guard that doesnt do actual sports for about 2 years because of injuries should i do durability Code? Or should i start with getting muscle with fat dont fly with a caloric surplus?
@ZeRo-yc7zf2 жыл бұрын
I’d just recommend getting professional help for training for injury prevention and if you really feel you’re too underweight for your competition level then do both training and gain some weight, just do it slowly so you can maximize the amount of weight from muscle you gain and you can feel the game out. Sometimes you need to learn how to handle your weight rather than putting on a bunch but TLDR do a bit of both

Hi I'm 16. I am working out for 3 years now. (strength training) I'm 5'5- 5'6 tall, my weight is 143 lbs. I can reach 10-10'1. I think my vert is around 35 and I started playing volleyball 3 months ago. I'm watching your podcast and I study sports science including anatomy and nutrition. I want to increase my vert, and would like to have your advise how to do so. thank you.
