The King Sisters And Their Daughters Sing "Always"

Happy Mother Daughter Medley Monday! (still on Tuesday). This one also comes from The Hollywood Palace. A continued experiment to see if there just might be interest in us having our own series. This is the first one including Laurette and Susannah. It is from this performance that a still photo was taken to use as an ad for folks to tune in to our special on August 29, 1964.

I was in awe of this big family back in the 1960s. I wanted to play with the kids. Everyone always looked so beautiful and happy.

Stumbled upon the King sisters by accident. Almost forgot about this group. I remember watching them on various tv programs. When their daughters became popular, I think Tina was on My Three Sons for a while. This clip brought a big smile to my face. I really miss the old days when shows like this were entertaining and wholesome.
