Greatest Amiibo of all time! There are times when I still can’t believe, that my boy got into Smash! I love the fact Sora was the final character to get added to Super Smash Bros Ultimate! And Sora in Smash was the end of video games prime!

I just wanted to share my Kingdom Hearts x Smash story here if anyone cares. I grew up playing Kingdom Hearts, when I was in elementary school the first time I ever played one of the games was when I snuck into my aunt's room and booted her PlayStation 2 (with no memory card), I instantly fell in love, I had no idea what was going on or who I was playing as but I was so intrigued by how weird the game was, the cool edgy vibe but at the same time I just saw Donald and Goofy in the intro cutscene. I have all of the Sora Funkos, a Kingdom Key Replica, and a bunch of other merch, you get the point I'm a diehard fan of Kingdom Hearts. On the other hand, Smash Bro's was always the only fighting game I ever played, owned everything from Melee onward, it was the game I introduced to a bunch of my friends who were non gamers, and eventually we'd hold (and stream) little tournaments at my house around Junior/Senior year of high school, they all knew how much I loved Kingdom Hearts and how big of a sweat I was at Smash. So of course, ever since the fighter ballot in smash 4, I've always hoped and dreamed for Sora, and time and time again, I was let down, so of course I lost hope, but then something crazy happened- (I want to preface this next part with this, I was born on October 5th, 2000) --Nintendo announces a nintendo direct on October 5th, 2021, my 21st f*cking birthday, and to keep a long story short, Sora was announced for Smash the day I turned into an adult :') This is in no way a promo thing that I do, I've been subbed the TGJ since 2017 but watching long before, but if you guys were curious, you as well Cynical if you see this :) I have the video of my reaction on my channel, I don't want to spoil anything but if any of you have a deep seated love for Kingdom Hearts as well, I'd love for you guys to watch it and celebrate the emotions that a "stupid little disney game" can make grown adults feel. 3:16 oh my gosh Sora's facial expression on that figure says it all xD I usually put my Amiibos in little chases to display them in my room, which I got from Amazon sadly the main once I've used on most of my Smash Bros Amiibo has been sold out for a while now so I use another type of chase as a replacement, with a door on it so I can easily open and take them in or out whenever I need them for Smash Bros or other games I'm still waiting for my Sora Amiibo to be sent tho, so just a little longer til I complete my Smash Bros collection of Amiibo (I'm only missing Sora... Hero and Palutena, but yeah almost complete)

I had no idea it was about to release this morning and felt my heart stop. I ordered two but couldn't pick up until after work, and Best Buy said they cancelled one of them because they "didn't have enough" even though the item still had few in stock when i placed the order. They also didn't cancel until 5 hours after i ordered, so had I gone earlier i would've gotten both. I can't see any other series of events unfold other than them selling a copy i already bought to someone else!

I’ll be honest, I’d be losing so much money if Nintendo and Square Enix were to make a deal for all Kingdom hearts games to be available for the switch and they make additional Amiibos! Imagine the sweet line up of every Kingdom hearts character in Amiibo form. They could even get greedier and make all Sora forms from every game; not to mention including his Ultimate and Rage forms. XD Omg, And a Mickey Mouse in the Organization hoodie as an amiibo would be so cool as well! ❤ This idea needs Nomura and Sakurai approval though. Sniff😅
