The kingdom of heaven, along with the ones mentioned here, is also within sacrifice. Showing God, which is within, that we can deny ourselves earthly pleasures, and the reward is ascension. Semen retention triggered a kundalini awakening within me. I felt a shaking feeling at my … taint really lol, and so I meditated for over 40 minutes trying to get it to calm down. I didn’t know what it was at the time but since then my mind has been more open, I’m facing trauma and karma and learning how to deal with life’s challenges in a healthy way and I can touch bliss more often and semen retention does help, as a catalyst to higher experiences ya know.
