Did you know the developers had planned a romance option with Cass where the Courier would challenge her to a drinking contest, resulting in both of them getting blackout drunk and waking up the next morning married. The King was going to be the officiator and would have sung "Love Me Tender. However, obtaining performance rights to the Elvis song proved too costly, so it never happened.

I mean, their first guy I met has a name like Uneducated Fox (Vulpes Inculta... no joke in my native language "vulpe inculta" would translate like that). I educated him on 40 mm explosives and Caesar started sending his little girls after me. I'm Latin, we even named our country after Rome and this Caesar guy didn't understand anything from our history and you bet I'm going to teach him some history lessons. I just need to stock up on some... 40 mm teaching materials. In fact, I'm going to teach his entire camp why they're LARP losers unworthy of the glorious name of Rome. He's disconnected from reality and talks about space exploration in a world that barely has drinkable water. If anything, Caesar, for all his megalomania is more realistic. House is a glorified casino owner at this stage. Yes, before the war he was legit important, but look at the post-war world. He seriously believes that with a city and a dam he can save humanity? He barely managed to save Vegas at the peak of his power and influence. He's 1 guy with a few robots and a bunch of tribes he can barely control. He's in absolutely no position to save anyone. He has tubes stuck in him to keep him alive. That's how weak he really is, for all the big game he's talking. Yes, if he could/would do what he says, it would be great, but he can't and wouldn't. I'm not buying his story of him being a sort of uninvolved dictator, letting people live their lives. It's the same Institute rhetoric of ignoring the "unimportant details of people's lives"... while kidnapping people to experiment on them. House is either delusional or he's lying. Either way... I feel like the King wouldn't sit right as a companion since he's too important to be a companion since he could easily accidentally die in hardcode mode. Also, he might be too much like Butch from Fallout 3 so Obsidian likely wanted to do something new.

I think I remember reading somewhere that Obsidian was unable to get licensing rights to Elvis's music, which is why there were none of his songs available. It sucks cause his music would have fit right in with the other songs.

I always wished one of the Companions for the Courier could've been a King! I also think that when you BECOME a King, you should get a distinctive King-only hairstyle, that would've been cool, too! So how does Red Lucy know about the mantis nest in Vault 22? I nean, sure, there's mantises around the area, but nobody's gone in and come out alive (that we know of). It's not like Giant Mantises are confined to V22, they're in many places around the Wasteland, so how does she KNOW there's a nest there? She doesn't infer there MIGHT be a nest there, she talks like she's seen pictures, or been there her own damn self. Also, how did you come to call your channel Synonymous?

On a side note to do with Khans trying to usurp, go to war with the 3 big families in the video. I know there's a bit of back story for Chance in a comic or something. But yeah would really like a deep dive on his story. Like his whole history from a kid right up to the end. Would make a kick arse side story, quest in a Fallout game or show I think. As far as raiders, always thought Khans were the most interesting.And apparently some hold some amount of honour, old school codes. Aka Regis, Papa Khan etc. They remind me of something tween some old school 50's greasers and biker gangs. Would love to see a mod where they mount up on some loud beefy looking retro futuristic Fallout version of Harley's, with ape hanger handle bars etc. Raiders on motorbikes, would suit them perfectly I think.

My ism made me blunt from the get go. Only discovering as an adult has been the first step in a journey that will never end... Sometimes, being the most blunt and honest person on the job site makes the other employees believe you are the most dependable to get whatever point the team needs communicated. Not realizing ( or perhaps taking advantage of ) our empathetic attempts. Don't get me started on dealing with managers that never actually gained management skills... it's damn near impossible for me to speak to bosses "respectfully" without being seen as having an "attitude". When in fact I'm actively stifling an autistic explosion by detatching emotionally. Being calm and precise in debate or conversation seems to scare people, I suppose. Getting overly animated definitely scares 'em away... i just never win.

But he is actualy a vampire i have a mod that replaces cannable perk with vampire perk and blood packs give a 5point content health regen for sevrul days. its basicly the mysterious serium but it restors health insted of remove raidation works on the same princables the the blood pack heals 50k health so it lasts sevrul days. elder gods and invokation magic exist in fallout so idk why vampires couldent. atleast u know pre-nuclear armigedon.

To be honest I always saw the Kings a bit on the absurd side of things.... but fallout good absurd things, for some reason it's "believable" such as samurai bands, the Moods in UK, the punks..... its absurd asthetically but nevertheless they exist. On the other hand the atom cats in FO 4 look to me outright stupid. It's like: they've Watched Grease and then began to cosplay using military degree vehicles and they're only porpoise it's to: Add bigger fenders to that old sherman tank and paint some flames on it. Other than that they do nothing. And they are surrounded by powerful armed groups of interest with enough porpoises, objetives and power in general to steal those T 60 armors. I mean, they look like a faction that I could think as kid after playing need for speed and then playing with my hot wheels. The King's in New vegas are more like the Hells angels of california... yep a bit asthetically absurd, but they are a paramilitary organisation with a clear hierarchy, power, resources, objectives and or goals and a serious code. That's the thing with new vegas it seems absurd sometimes but then you compare it to things in reality and you end like..... hmmm ok this has some logic.

The Atom cats are literally just a group of people in an old car garage. Its different from freeside. And in lore id imagine freeside is a whole lot bigger, therfore the kings would be too. If I lived in freeside id wanna join a gamg of people who not only look after each other, but look snazzy while doing so. I see them as believable.
