We were at Devils Tower in early July this year! We stayed at the KOA just outside. Thanks for posting this video. O also loved the changing colors of the tower. Love remembering.~ Diana

We love Devil’s Tower! We live near Rapid City, and Bear Butte State Park (near Sturgis, SD) is part of that story... it is said that the bear ran away from the stump that grew (Devil’s Tower) and then lay down to rest and that became Bear Butte... they are both such beautiful views... prairie dogs are so cute!! Thanks for the tour!

Oh it’s a very cool place...didn’t even know it was there, but it’s the very first national monument, so there’s a lot of history! There is a park (not full hookup) right inside the national park...but there’s also a KOA right outside....

I’m Kiowa just watched your video you Almost had the story right your pronunciation of Kiowa was wrong let me help Ki-o-wa. And ple a tes is the Pleaties which in Kiowa is called the 7 Sisters. The Kiowas need to help to keep this part of their history alive and correct. But enjoyed watching your video but I had to laugh at some of the story never heard it told like that

Im Kiowa. True story cause our God went back up north afterwards n killed the bear and it's family. Came back and made 10 medicine bundles for the tribe. Buts thats a long story cut short.
