Keep the older cats and the kitten separate for at least two weeks. Then you can slowly introduce them a couple hours at a time.

That is basically what we have done. One of my older cats and the kitten are doing well now, but the other one recently had a tooth pulled and now he is mad at his brother and not too happy about the kitten either. I hope he feels better soon! 🤞

My 80yr old friend lives in a small legacy flat. She's VERY ACTIVE. Her friend 3 doors up was given a Russian Blue cat. She isn't well, and just left the back door open. I don't know who the people were before her. So my friend has taken him on. She's the 3rd owner. We got him chipped, booked in to desex. She rings and says, she can't keep him. He's spraying, wants to Poo outside. She has to pay over $100 to surrender him, so it looks like she's going through with the desexing tomorrow. He's only about 1. Will he calm down after the operation? Poor boy.
