awesome mate, this is exactly how i do mine, cant understand all the negative FEED back??...this is how you do paua patties you negative freaks out there, simple, onion bread crumbs and maybe garlic, you do em like the my old maori grandmothers did. Cheers bro

I love the fact you dont drown the paua in alsorts of other crap that takes away the natural paua flavour, seen afew other videos on here that had more herbs & spices then a curry 👎👎👎

yes exactly, onion and the crumbs is all you need really, ive even seen people put mixed herbs etc in it..why????..he made them how theyre ment to be made
