5:00 As a Southerner who moved to the PNW from Mississippi, I feel that. Im also sure my dialect has gotten me denied a couple of jobs at interviews. I try to carry a sense of acceptance, love and support with me wherever I go and I don't tolerate prejudice in my vicinity. Oddly my accent attracts those with prejudice views (particularly racists, white supremacist), thinking I have some kind of kinsmanship with their ideas...... even though Im a visible Trans Woman. The dialect carries its own burdens, for better or worse.

Always love hearing this guy's stories! And dang! and to think I have a clean titled 1963 Buick LeSabre 2 door hardtop in the same condition sitting here in Texas. Freshly built 401 in it with a dual quad setup I've been meaning to put on it. Its been at a transmission shop for the past 3 years and I'm about ready to go get it back without the trans (whole other situation) and just save up to put something modern in it. Probably a project that won't be finished for a while yet. Would be willing to let it go probably, faded bright red car with white vinyl seats. Original A/C car too.

Memories. I learned how to drive in a 64 four-door LeSabre. It didn’t have the 425 but that small block 300 did pretty good. My 64 Riv had the 425. That thing was crazy off the line and it got rubber in second gear. Didn’t even have the 2 four barrel or the limited slip. Loved that single Carter four barrel. Easy to rebuild and never fell out of adjustment. The Rochester on the 300 was a good carb, but it was complicated to rebuild.

Ya know, I was on my IG page and I posted a video about how people react with indifference or try to justify racism or any form of hatred and injustice in the comment sections of several social media platforms’ comments sections. I lamented about how I am never not surprised at this. Today marks the day that not only was I proven wrong, but I am super happy that a Caucasian man (younger man at the time), had enough sense to give a clansman the finger then do the dash on him! Bravo, good sir! And shout out to the folks in the comments. Maybe there’s a bit of hope for good ol ‘Merica after all.

You know what, Chris is such an entertaining guy and thus entertain us for so many episodes (and i hope more), most of us should put a "bounty hunt" for a similar Buick to what he had and pass the information to him or Ed Bolian so he can buy the car.
Buying one last car before a SCAMMER goes down!
