That is a lovely cabinet! I just used my first set of Brusso hinges on the box I just finished and (also not getting paid) you are right they feel sturdy and beefy and well made and worthy of whatever piece your putting them into. Definitely use that steel screw. Even having pre drilled the holes I snapped the first screw I tried

Hey I saw one of your videos that mentioned the lumber place in Elkwood. I might make an adventurous all day trip up that way in the future. There are few places near here but are a little pricey. I do some chainsaw milling and would prefer to mill my own. If you knew anyone who would want to trade lumber for lumber that would be awsome.

love it. although in my humble opinion. i wouldve liked it better if the displayed knife is held on by a magnetized wood bars. or few small stubs of magnetized wood to make as if the knives are floating inside the case.

@@wmwalkerco VERY flimsy. Though I took the advice of some youtuber (cant remember who had the idea..) and ripped some pine studs into the size of that opening. MUCH more stable now. Edit: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d6qumnqjh9Zmrbs It was Paul Sellers!
