It’s not the best electric scooter in 2019, but a very decent one. If we compare the price, the PRO version is often just 20$ more than the original S1 version, and I think that’s a reasonable amount to charge extra, because it doesn’t feel to me like a pro version, more like a refined version with incremental upgrades.
The Kugoo S1 PRO is what I believe, sort of a white label product but does a very decent job and is a cheap electric scooter in 2019. Aside the fact that looks are subjective, I think it looks more like a toy than an adult looking scooter like the m365 Electric Scooter from Xiaomi.
Bottom line, it is a really inexpensive Electric scooter that offers quite a but. I really miss the mechanical breaking and the mature looks of the M365 Electric scooter from Xiaomi, because the S1 PRO looks more like a toy in my opinion. It’s a good decision if you don’t want to spend too much money on your first cheap electric scooter.

I have a question about the xiaomi M365. Is it better to use the power recovery system or to have it off so that you can coast downhill? What gets you the most range?

Totally depends on how much hills you have afterwards, I have super flat conditions, so I have turned on, because I brake last moment at full speed for a traffic light.

I love inflatable tires, but if you don't have good bike lines like we have over here with many potholes etc, then solid ones are the way to go :)

Quad Almighty I have both but I like Xiaomi 365 only advantage of kugoo s1 pro never gets punctured 😀

Thanks Usman. In the end I got the Kugoo ES2. I'm in a position I can't deal with punctures. So far it's a great little scooter hut the app sucks. Have you tried riding your Xiaomi with hard tyres ? If so how is it. I need buy second one for missus . Thinking about M365 with hard tyres. Cheers

Kugoo s1 pro speed not 30 km/h. It max 25-26 km. And battery durable max 22-24 km after full charge. It is not water protected. My schooter has entered water and stopped. I communicated with seller and they told do not use in rainey season. It's not fair. My country has 7 months rain and snow. I do not like this toy schooter.
