She wrote this song (and all her other solo songs) and is in her own self-made company. She even learned how to produce songs since she doesnt have an agency backing her anymore. She said she worked so hard on this and had to go to meetings for every little thing for this comeback (concept, song, choreo, mv, clothing) and she had her sister direct the MV! that was also her sister's debut as a director. Considering all of this, she is one of the most impressive artists i know Katchup was not her debut, she previously debut with Flower, then released Our Love, Swing, Moon, Circle Dream, Strawberry, and more!

They didn't disband! Jiyul and Gaeun recently rejoined group and they're waiting for the right moment to comeback! At least we hope they'll comeback, but they're definitely not disbanded ^^

pink punk Happyface Entertainment said that the band didn’t disband + all of the members confirmed it individually. When it comes to rejoining of Gaeun and Jiyul, it was announced during Dal Shabet’s exhibition in museum in 2019 that both of them will officially rejoin the group. Comeback information are just assumptions but Darlings assume that since there have been so much activity and news from them in 2019, we might as well anticipate group’s activities in the further future ^^

It feels like it should be on the inspiration last scene of some 80’s feel good movie! It’s honestly a masterpiece of a song! Billboard listed her track ‘Circles Dream’ in the 100 Greatest kpop songs of the decade. She’s an amazing singer-songwriter that’s still very under appreciated by many and I hope you and your big following can support her in any way! Fun Fact, Subin produced and wrote lyrics for Dal Shabet's Joker is Alive. the Entire album with help from a few others but she was involved with the entire minialbum. Dalshabet, btw, are the senoir group to DreamCatcher so InSomnia should definately give a look out to their unnies. (They showed up as a full group to DreamCatcher's Raid of Dream mini album showcase) But Dive is an incredible song and does his so different, it's not like Katchup and is more inline with Circles Dream which i really like. But yeah shes wickedly talented, smart, tall and naturally cool. Also one of the friendliest idols (and weirdos) in kpop. tl;dr Stan DalSOOOBIN

Not to be too western minded but that's the best place I can think of to draw comparisons rn, she kinda has the energy of Sara Bareilles' edgier kpop sister. Like this song especially made me think of "Brave" and those very female empowered anthems from the mids 2010s. Honestly, I'm just super glad I happened to catch her performance of this live during one of the music shows cause she's incredible and now I'm obessed.
