Honestly this is one of the most well made subunits. The girls are really getting to show themselves in ways they can't really in Twice. Also it feels like it's fitting Twice, yet I couldn't imagine them actually doing it. Such an amazing Subunit!

I can actually imagine whole Twice do this song. Honestly Jeongyeon and Tzuyu suits this concept more then Sana does. Jihyo and Nayeon would have also nailed this concept. Only Dahyun and Chaeyoung would have struggled.

It's amazing how they can be sexy while also commanding respect and being sophisticated. They're indeed masterpieces, to be admired from afar unless they permit you to come closer. They're so classy and breathtaking. They really owned the concept, it fits them so much and it showcased their talents outside of twice. The lyrics were also amazing. I'm so glad with how they promoted consent, which is rarely a topic for pop songs. I love it so much! Can't ask for anything better. MISAMO absolutely killed it in their debut.

Yessss the whole MV has full of classic paintings as references: Momo in the shell - The Birth of Venus Painting behind on the 2nd chorus - La Primevera or The Three Graces Mina on the swing - The Swing Sana in brown - The Tree of Life Momo in the blue spheres bg - Vertiefte Regung Not sure if it counts but Mina's pose in the beginning can also be in reference to La Grande Odalisque and Sana's to Woman with a Veil. All in all a true masterpiece.

Wasn't expecting this one to make it to KZbin since it's Japanese, but I was pleasantly surprised! This video is so MASTERFULLY done, from the themes, to the visuals, to MISAMO themselves. i;m still obsessed with it. not only was the music video absolutely GORGEOUS and I loved the way they incorporated famous artworks in such cool ways, but the lyrics about consent are so important, especially considering women in japan were protesting this year as they demanded better legislative protection for women against sexual harassment. it was an amazing debut and was sexy while still being classy and elegant. loved your review

I could have sworn PD reacted to this before... but maybe I'm thinking of Marshmallow. But yeah, 'Do Not Touch' is crazy amazing, both in terms of the song and the MV. It's not just a fun subunit side-project sort of thing. This is legit. Also, as a former art major, the Momo clam image is referencing "The Birth of Venus" by Botticelli. They add to it with Mina and Sana as "mermaids" and background dancers, but that's the painting they are doing.

I enjoy the maturing of the sound along with the message and beautiful aesthetic. I did not know what to expect with MISAMO coming in, and I like a good surprise. Like I said about EXO latest, it makes me excited about this time when more experienced artists are staying around to make music as groups or units at the same time that a distinct younger generation is emerging.
