This song got them their first win after 3 years. I’m so proud! Also, same here. My one nitpick is that plain white bg for the dance scenes. It clashes too hard with the colourful concept they have. I also wish the final chorus had them dancing on the rooftop in the moonlight or something. It needed that spark of freshness at the end.

14:16 is Seoyeon! Though she mostly rapped in their past stuff, she was trained to be a main vocalist at YG for 7 years and was in future 2ne1 when she was 11 or 12. I’m so glad they’re finally using her as the vocalist she trained so hard to be lol. I think she has the most potential to go solo, since she is part of the rap line, the dance line, and the vocal line! She also wrote and composed “Starry night” for my little society. The two vocals you were talking about are Jiwon and Hayoung! Hayoung: 20:54 Jiwon: 17:13 She helped write airplane mode!

This song was playing in the background on my tv while i was babysitting this girl, and when it ended, she asked me to play it again (she called it the one with the colourful rooms). We ended up listening to it on repeat for the whole time she was there, so if the views go up a lot, its probably because shes still playing it (and i can’t blame her for it, the song is suuper catchy!)

I don't know much about fromis_9, but "We Go" made me curious to listen to some more from them, and I enjoyed this release a lot. It's super catchy and the transition from the pre-chorus to the chorus threw me off a little the first time too but now it's stuck in my head haha. I'm happy that they got their first win with this song 👏❤ And yeah I really liked the sets of the MV too, I loved the very colorful apartments and some scenes that each girl was wearing one main color contrasting with the white background

Hey PD, I came across fromis_9 from your reaction to Love Bomb and I have been a flover ever since. Its thanks to you that I came to know them, thank you so much! I really like their songs, they are pleasant and easy to listen to. "Talk & Talk" at first didn't appeal to me but after hearing this a few times, it became strangely addictive to me and then it became one of my favorite songs. Guess third time's the charm. The pre-chorus by Seoyeon (the one that catch your eyes, the orange hair suits her because of her extremely fair skin and pastel costume with the white background) is really good, it gives the listeners a time to relax their earbuds before the chorus kicks in. Jiwon (Megan) and Hayoung's high notes are pleasant to listen to. I don't know if its this but the part where Jison dropped the "Woo" for the pre-chorus to chorus transition bridge could be the reason why I felt weird yet I really like it, it is very addictive and catchy. The instrumental drop is covered by her "woo" which The setup gives me "Whack it Ralph" vibe in their retro 80s, its exactly the reason why this song has a form of nostalgia to it because in the past, people use to chat over long phone calls using their telephones to listen to their love ones throughout the night. fromis_9 managed to deliver this form of nostalgia ride in a cute and lovable way. In 3:33 and 13:35, the bubbles blew by Jiwon formed the numeric "0124" is actually their debut date. And yes, fromis_9 b-sides hits you differently, from all different angles as well. Their B-sides are definitely good enough to be Singles.

Seoyeon (Short Hair) is imo one of the more underappreciated members. She's extremely talented both as a singer, dancer AND writer. She has multiple songwriting credits for their albums. Moreover her laugh is infectious as hell. Glad you enjoyed this comeback as much as me!

Dude i can't tell you how happy this review made me because even FLOVER are saying they don't like the song that much and i'm like AM I HEARING THE SAME SONG AS Y'ALL??! I really agree with you that you can feel the emotions on every fromis_9 songs. And what makes me really love fromis_9 you can feel and understand the message that being delivered trough the songs, which I can't really find it from any 4th gen idol except Stray Kids and fromis_9, at least until now. For example: We Go is a song about travelling the world virtually and how the song goes and gaining momentum you can really feel the adventurous vibe from the song. And now Talk & Talk is just giving you the chill feeling about talking with your friends or special someone trough the phone. This is what a great artist do, they don't just sing the songs but also able to deliver the message trough the songs.

This song... you're right, it's much more similar to the older Fromis 9 that we all know and love. There's just something about their voices that is consistently carried across all their songs, It's that sentiment-rich quality, that you talked about too, that truly makes them, "Fromis_9" and that is something that this song has got going for it. It's really "chill and bright" but also very sweet and "felt" ~ it's just perfect! The chorus took me by surprise the first time too but it was definitely a grower and the I find myself singing the hook a lot at random hours of the day! I think it’s a pretty amazing song, although I’m biased because it was written and produced by Ryan S. Jhun alongside YOUHA lol. As for the new management under Pledis (and technically under HYBE) we’re seeing its effects already with Fromis_9 finally being featured on Studio Choom and them joining Weverse. I definitely wonder why it took them this long when Iz1 had been on SC ages ago and were even on Universe when they were active. I guess I didn’t realize how much they were overlooked back then but I’m glad they’re getting all these and more now (yay for their first win finally!)
