As part of my 2024 Lake District trip to bag as many wainwrights as possible in 4 days, I was joined by both of my parents who wanted to give it a go as well.
After completing the first day which finished in a wild camp at Codale Tarn and finished on the same morning as this video. Myself and my dad drove to the cottage (Our Home for the week) and collected my mum to go on the next days adventure, starting at 11:30am
This video covers a circular walk of the Langdale Pikes; Loft Crag, Pike of Stickle, Thunacar Knot, Harrison Stickle and Pavey Ark. Starting at the New dungeon Ghyll Inn and finishing there for a swift pint of "Crag". The walk was nice and easy with only a few points that had some technical ungraded scrambles. A cracking circular walk to bag some wainwrights. This walk was full of amazing views of the surrounding area and the weather did not disappoint giving us all a cracking day of mountaineering.
This was recorded as part of my 2024 trip to the Lake District where I spent 4 days adventuring in Cumbria around the Grasmere area.
