Is it the mashed potatoes, that makes it "langosch", the receipe is otherwise not different to "normal" yeast dough...that doesnt taste like "langosch" I use to know. One time I got frozen langoschdough from a polish factory in a store, the only one that tasted "langosch", but can`t get it no longer anywhere.

Good recipe, well made but you lost me when you said you use coconut oil to fry them in. Now you have made it into disgusting pig feed. Fry the langos in lard or go home. I wouldn't go within 30 yards of your truck.
