Today I went to a small, local Langos shop called Jászai Fánk és Lángos. The owner made me a fresh Langos, right in front of me. He makes them all fresh so you have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes for your fresh Langos. Believe me it's worth the wait, as this was the best Langos I've eaten yet in Budapest. This doughy, fried bread with cheese, garlic, sour cream and toppings. Is a staple in Hungary. See how it's made in this video.
