The more you worry about stuff like this the more "beta" your gonna act. Yes everything in this video is true but don't take it too seriously or your just going to feel more anxious just be calm and sincere in general and you'll be fine

People watching these think they can become alpha sigma dominant or whatever by watching these videos. What they dont understand is dominant men arent concocted in the owner’s head. This is reporting on how they act but you cant go and start staring people down if youre a wet vagina and its not going to go well. I dont understand people and how dumb they are over hierarchical formations. Its like someone can tell you how an alpha acts but it doesnt change that persons status. I see guys in ig and yt on pickup artist type content talking about how theyve been acting more alpha lately at work. 😅 its like no dude you dont get it.

1. They have strong but relaxed stature and demeanour 2. They make eye contact and stare with anyone they please 3. They smirk more than they smile 4. They touch people a lot more 5. They take up more space and leave more space between them and others 6. When they speak others turn heads towards them 7. When they interrupt people no one dares to argue and they get away with it eaisly 8. People walk after them and not look back 9. They will not hesitate to state or display thier displeasure on something present 10. They talk with deep voice and never overexplain or justify anything 11. When interested in something they tend to subtly demonstrate them by half arasing (not giving a fuck about something we dislike) 12. People around them compete to assist them and earn approval 13. People match and follow thier demeanour 14. They rarley second guess thier decisions and often subtly insistent 15. Thier characters interests and outlooks make them always valuable.

The last part is absolutely crucial. Whenever I go to bars or clubs now, I make it a priority to build rapport with the bouncers, managers, and staff. I don't have to wait in line, get complimentary drinks, and of course gain social status which helps in the pickup game. Social skills is the 2nd most valuable commodity imo. Great video!

A little something: regarding social approval. Have few friends that you selectively choose. Those opinion about you and your family is all enough to sustain you. Care about others opinions in general in a human sense, but never personal. Only for those who are closest to you.

This was very well made!!! After going through the points (which are very accurate of high status and dominant people), I realize that I'd prefer *NOT* to be socially dominant. The reason is that many of these traits create distance, space, and reduce comfort with people around you. We've all had friends or bosses who take charge and have a powerful intimidating presence. Sure, they often do get what they want and people do defer to them, but in reality, they are quite lonely. People often tip-toe around them and or often feel anxious in their presence or find that they are difficult to get along with. They may have a lot of surface-level acquaintances or subordinates but it's hard to get close to them.
@creed2098

Yeah man truly agree with you, as long as you know who you are and how to get what you want in life you can do what you want, being dominant is a good thing but overly dominance and aggression won’t gibe you joy in this life. Balancing is the key 😉☝️👑

I like being in the position of power but I don't like asserting my dominance on others. It gives a whole different vibe when you know you can fuck them but you choose to be humble and kind to everyone around you.
@subliminalfalllenangel2108
@subliminalfalllenangel2108 Жыл бұрын
In order for your dominance to have effect on others you need to know how to assert it properly. There is the difference between hanging around with friends and making propositions or proposals. But I think being dominant is more like an instinct or a habit that you do at the subconscious level, not something that you should force yourself to control. It comes with a certain level of wisdom and experience, yes, but it's more like a characteristic than a skill. Edit: yeah, I admit, being dominant can be kind of lonely. People either hate you, gossip about you, fear you, admire you or something. It's often the extreme. I often draw unwanted attention and if I don't act more relaxed people will avoid me. They talk behind my back but won't dare to say that straight my face. May the next life I become a person with a more normal, more friendly personality.

Humble and kind sounds very off. Firm is always more appropriate, most people don't respect a man that is humble and kind. Some do, most don't.
@subliminalfalllenangel2108
@subliminalfalllenangel2108 Жыл бұрын
@@Leonhart_93 the firmness, from my personal experience, works well if you are in a professional environment, but not so well in your personal life. A certain level of humbleness therefore is required to "inspire" others, making them think you are a good role model. So in the long term, it's great if you appear to be the embodiment of virtue, even if you are a lying two-face sack of sh*t in reality. Be relatable, but also firm, wise and professional if needed(and we might not even know when to be dominant when necessary. I personally do so intinctively)

Here's how to be articulate - Learn about things by reading (15 mins a day is helpful) and know 20x more on any subject that you're learning about. Write (pen and paper not key pad or keyboard) your thoughts down, write what you've learnt down. Writing helps consolidate it further into your brain. Then record yourself talking and review it. You'll be able to pick up on how you sound, pronounce etc These will help

Honestly, focusing on others “external” portrayals is useless when trying to know their dominance. People are dominant not because of the energy that they portray, but by their mindset. You’re capable, because you know you are and you don’t need others to know that you are. I know you mean well and want others to be their best selves, but the confidence always starts from within. External stuff just makes you come off as a Jackass most of the time. Touching people, smirking, taking up space are also signs of a someone who feels the need to showcase importance. Fuck that.

just stop caring about the outcome that’s the only thing you need. Don’t try to be alpha or whatever just don’t have any expectations and just focus on having fun and being yourself and have the mindset of if you loose you loose and there’s another day tomorrow. This will naturally make you more confident and your energy will be alot more attractive. This is why the funny guys most often get the girl because they really do not have a care if people like them or not and that’s what gives them the advantage of creating and figuring out who they are insteqd of trying to be a copy of someone else and gives them the chance to build on that and find out your own sense of humor. If you like yourself you’ll have confident inyourself if you don’t like yourself how are others going to like you. It’s true that you can change and learn new skills but stop trying to be someone else and figure out your own strengths and what you can bring to the world and that’s how you’ll be successful in any area of life. Cho! god bless

There's no tomorrow! If my life isn't Great then for eternity I will be loser; over and over again. The effort is the reward and the so called "happy" is only a feeling of power increased... More and more desire more. Understanding expectations, inflated ego (from the power increased). Achieving greatness with the sense of urgency: Love of LIFE; the sacred YES, the fear of failure: death, utter destruction of ego, physical pain... Amor Fati, is for me quite hard to grasp, the philosophy that to be in the present moment while desire this greatness is the suffering I have to endure; for as life is balance, and that to desire greatness I have to suffer greatly as well... Life is amazing just thinking about all this. I have more but my thoughts is jumping from branches to branches; but I love it...! For I can discover more!!! More knowledge and philosophy!!!

Alpha and Sigma are two archetypes of Chaotic Extroversion and Introspective Assertiveness, respectively. Alpha is a mindset which incorporates confidence, ability to take risks, take a stand for oneself, leading chaotically with a loud presence. Whereas Sigma is a higher tier of Alpha archetype which is subtle and commands anything with deep observation at the same time working under the radar. Being a Sigma presupposes a position of power which cannot be noticed visually always, rather the presence of such an individual is felt unconsciously. What connects the two is the ability to respect others in different ways. One would give reactions equal to the threat received whereas the other understands that not every time they need to give a reaction. To become either an Alpha or a Sigma is to know your own position in the hierarchy ( what you believe yourself to be, hence it’s about mindset ). Whether anyone wishes to lead with explosive dominance or in terms of a Sigma, operating and leading without actually displaying the extroverted traits.

As a woman, dominance is a hard thing to earn. It takes time and trust, and most times I must be subtle in the control I display by not showcasing it. Instead I use phrases that give people a sense of choice or that I'm seeking their advice. The commands I give are beneficial to them, so to not listen would be disadvantageous to them. Also I must be much more charismatic, using likability rather than fear.

I'm a short man 5'8, and even though I accept that I am short, I'm having a hard visualizing myself as a "little man" who's shifty, agile and whatever would come with that. I would much prefer to be a muscular man, and have some mass on my frame, but is that pointless, since it's not playing to my "strengths"?

First of all, why are you asking my permission on things that you want to commit on mate? You have that desire, then go for it. Why you asking me whether you should do it or not? If you want to put on size and muscle then do it. You have your strengths, then maximize it. When you have weaknesses then work on it or compensate for it with other attributes that you can cultivate. Nothing is pointless when it comes to investing in yourself mate. Stop self deprecating and just do it. Unleash your ego & selfishness when it comes to your priorities. Thinking too much will only delay your progress
