Do tapering you toes stop you from blistering x
@justrunning2 жыл бұрын
For me personally yes. I've still lost two toe nails, but no blisters where I tape. It's taken some trial and error to get it right for me. Some people swear by using Zinc Oxide tape which is supposed to help prevent blisters but whenever I've tried that the tape has simply come off, especially with wet feet. The Kinesio tape works better for me.

@@justrunningdo it ever rub as got 100 miler next week i have blister all ready
@justrunning2 жыл бұрын
@@runstretchsucceed Since the Kinesio tape is sticky no it doesn't rub. I just make sure I use the stretch of the tape to it's advantage as I find this helps it stay on better. The only thing that is tricky is getting your sock on over the top without peeling it all off on the way. I have to roll the socks up and then roll them on my foot carefully as any crease in the tape will then be a pain.

Well done. Inspired me to do the 2024 edition. What brand tape do you use please. Am bewildered by all the different makes.
