I have some pages of the Lapidary Journal and didn't realize that was what it was. A friend of mine's father was into lapidary and tore out the articles that interested him. He then put them in a binder. I will check and see which years you are looking for and see if I have any articles from that year. This will be a longshot; but then my being here is an odd coincidence, too.

Sure wish I had some of those that you need. Check with some rock and gem clubs. Maybe the would have them. This would be a resource that if scanned into a pdf it would be more accessible for all.

Where's the love button man? When I get the chance, I'll check with you to see what you have, and compare to the few I have. I'm still kicking myself over not buying a few at my winter rock club auction last winter when a guy had 4 or 5 double stacked milk crates full that ended up going for 5$ each and I'd picked out a few for .25 each. Really hope you can complete your collection and truly appreciate your effort to make it all know on your website. Rock hound on man!

This is so ambitious! I’ve wanted to do the exact same thing for a while. I’ve got the first 10 years complete in binders and also wanted to build a complete set or at least complete until 1999. What book scanner are you looking to get?

Thanks man, it's been a big undertaking so far but worth it, I just wish this video did better and more people saw it, currently it seems like the goal will not be hit, but there are still a few days left. I guess I had this idea that people would find something like this valuable. Maybe I should re-title the video "RARE Finds AGATES Crystals in a SECRET LOCATION!!!" so people click it. I would like to get one of the scanners from CZUR since they have Linux-based software for running it. I'm not sure which model.
