Have yet to see any good evidence to actually support it's size claim after the initial paper on it. Technically speaking the largest "black hole" might be physically microscopic. The only thing we can measure are the effects of the mass, we cannot gauge the physical scale of the object. It could be a grain of rice that has gravitational properties so dense that light years of scale are just blacked out, but the object is absolutely tiny, or has ripped through space and time and exists elsewhere. This is the idea that each black hole is a big bang happening in a new cosmic tear in space.
