Stay active. My sister quit work and sat watching TV until she needed physical therapy to walk. I`ve been guilty of it too so I started building a vegetable garden by hand last year in late winter and began planting a fruit orchard and feeding the wild birds each morning. I expand the garden a little each day.

I am sure you two guys don't have any idea just how lucky you are. You have a good friend to go snipping with, you have the time to go, the place to go to, you have your health, you live in the right country/area and even the competition doesn't seem to be an issue. I have health problems and would love to go snipping but can't. And when you have health problems, you most certainly don't have good friends to hang out with or goon missions with. Just remember to enjoy it while it lasts because within a blink of an eye could could all end one day and all you will have is your videos and memories! I dont give a shit about the gold....the nature of Tasmania is gold to me. Sooo flippin beautiful. I live on the exact opposite side of the planet and yet I fel such a strong connection to the Tasmanian forest. A 1 hour long drone film of just folloing a river about a meter above the water would be my dream film.

I can’t get over how open the overgrown forest actually is in comparison to the back country in norther Ontario where you spend your whole day cutting a path sometimes if the trails are not used for even a few years. Great video. Lots of fun now seeing your side of the trip.
