Rob, you are friggin awesome man. HZs hurt but you used some fine ADM by knowing your limits and not making that push. Not many people put themselves and this experience out there but I've learned more from watching you train than I have from other videos. Keep em coming man. It's more inspirational and motivational to us getting started than you know. Next team selection year, you're in.
