I'm 99% sure they are going to expand on Bill and Frank, I don't think they would hire such a recognized actor just to play a corpse xD Actually really excited that they are going to flesh out their backstories! I'm interested in what personality Frank will have and their dynamic together! Also really cool having gay representation with Bill and Ellie in such a big budget show 😁! Sorry for not being on more streams! I'll try to join more when I can! :P

The gang is slowly coming together very exciting. I heard a premiere of sometime in 2022 unless it get's pushed back to 2023 always possible. Also still waiting on Henry and Sam, David, Abby's father Jerry, and Riley from the DLC left Behind. Love the content on here and on twitch you awesome.

I haven’t seen Tess’s actor in anything but I think she is a good choice. As for Henry my personal choice is Donald Glauber Sam should probably be an unknown actor jerry could really be a lot of actors so no real preference on him and Abby should be Kaitlin dever

Fingers crossed they fill out the gaps in the stories of both games a little bit with flashbacks and future seasons/spinoffs to let everyone naturally age a bit so there's no actor changes by the time we get to the Seattle arc. Would love to see some more of the early years and things like why Joel and Tommy went their separate ways, Tommy's firefly shenanigans, the revelation that the infected evolve with time, Joel and Tess meeting.. So many awesome things this series can do. Also Cascina has to be cast as Dina! Damn this shit is exciting.

I vaguely have a memory of Neil Druckman talking about the show, and specifically talking about how they would use the show to fill in some of the "blanks of the story", that currently only exist on paper, and never was written into the game, as it would be more fitting for a series instead. I got the feeling he was heavily implying that this was about Ellie before she came to where Riley were. The earliest the story start "for us" is when Ellie arrives at the base where Riley are, in the comic book that came with the Joel/Ellie edition of the first game. But there's a lot before this, that only is mentioned here and there, for example when Marlene talks about how she promised Ellie's mom she would "take care of her" (by swiftly sending her cross country with some dude she doesn't know, and then greet her and imediatly put her to sleep to "pick her brains", so to speak. 10/10 Marlene.) I can't wait to see what's missing! :D
