Amazing piranha tank, Joey! It would be interesting to see how the piranhas interacted with each other and eventually joined forces if you have the footage. One of my favorite things to do when getting new fish is to “hide” somewhere where I can still see the aquarium and watch how the new fish(es) acclimate to their new home. I would love to see that sort of footage incorporated in some of your videos. Cheers!

That tank with 10 caribe piranha and 6 piraya piranha would looook amazing , they are also much more aggresive than the red belly's , anyway the tank looks great even with red belly's . Keep it up Joey !

I have 10 baby red bellies in with 9 (was 12) tiger barbs but they keep disappearing! I have had them around 3 weeks now and I can say they grow fast. tank is 280 gallon. Great video always good to learn as much as possible! Thanks

Back in like 2013-2014 when I was in middle school our gym teacher had a fish tank full of piranhas I think they were red belly’s but don’t quote me on that cuz I know there’s more than one species of piranha out there but anyway he would let us (the entire class if they wanted to) feed them goldfish he bought at the fish store and no they weren’t baby goldfish they were decent sized not real big but big enough probably 4-5 inches and they lived a good life goldfish don’t live very long anyway but he would let us drop some in the tank he had like 5 piranhas and most times they wouldn’t eat it straight away but after gym class was over in like an hour they had completely mauled the goldfish leaving nothing but goldfish skulls sunk to the bottom of the tank and he told us when we feed them “kids these fish are very very very and I do mean VERY DANGEROUS!!!! And you guys should be very careful when owning them. They ain’t no goldfish if they see the chance to bite your finger off if you have your fingers in the tank and they wanted to they will do it without hesitation.” But he also said to us that “kids I would advise you all to get a goldfish or something from the pet store not something that can turn a(n) adult goldfish into nothing more than a fish skull in less than a few minutes.” But anyway I thought they were pretty cool.

And Btw I think now that you have another tank free you can get a Black piranha , Serrasalmus Rhombeus , much more aggresive than red belly's and not shy

over the years I have had many different tanks of piranha. at one time I had a tank with 4 adults. the tank was 75 gallons and one year I found out I had at least 2 females and at least one male that ended up breeding. I learned that normally they would spawn about every 2 weeks. well I ended up having 2 different breeding times. so once a week I would get new eggs every week and I had one male that would continue to watch over the eggs. I tried to take care of the little ones but it ended up being too much work for me. it was pretty cool to see the fry and a couple did get to about the size of a dime before they got eaten. I have always loved piranha and think they are beautiful.

I had one yrs ago, big as a dinner plate. He was only fish in tank, he would eat it all. had a pimple on his bottom lip. had him since he was as big as a quarter. nice job here!!!

30Serpae tetras or30 black phantom tetras really should be added to this!!!! Maybe 20 Columbian red n blue tetras. Maybe a ton of silver & marble hatchet fish like 200... 100 Rummy nose tetras.... Maybe try some dwarf cichlids in there apisogramma or rams. Corydoras!!! The 20 emerald corydora and the pygmy corydora would be amazing in here tike 200 pygmy corydoras Cardinal tetras if ya wanna be flashy but generic.
