I'm not even that much of a TV person but I get so invested in it :) P.S If you get a migraine around your period that's usually an indicator you're low in progestrone. Burning a fragranced candle is as bad as inhaling second-hand cigarette smoke. Not good for you OR Lola

Just be careful if you’re on the pill. I know the combined pill can cause migraines & if you’re on it then it can be dangerous. I was on the combined pill a very long time ago & they stopped when I came off it. The progesterone only pill is safer. You might not be, but just incase. Migraines are awful. Love your videos 😊
