Miss Keah I also changed my diet by eliminating dairy completely and consuming more veggies. Especially greens and avocado. Taking b12 and omega supplements also help. This in turn significantly decreased my acne.

As far as diet was concerned, I went strict dairy free keto for about 6 months. And, I took the nutrients I was deficient in via high quality supplements. After 6 months, all my cystic acne was gone, which was a miracle because I'd tried EVERYTHING for 5-6 years to get rid of it (dermatologist, raw vegan diet, topical treatments, etc.) After about 6 months, I was able to re-introduce some complex carbs and now I eat more of a moderate carb paleo-style diet (with the occasional cheat day). I've not had a cystic acne spot in nearly 2 years even if I have 3 cheat days in a row (dairy doesn't even break me out anymore). And, it all came down to balancing my hormones via diet and nutritional supplementation. As far as nutrient deficiencies go, I recommend getting your vitamin/mineral levels checked before just assuming you're deficient in something... especially vitamin A, D, E, zinc, magnesium, iron, and B vitamins. In addition to the nutrients I was deficient in, I also took Thrive Probiotic (the best one IMO), a natural desiccated thryoid supplement, an adrenal glandular, and 1000mg of TMG (a methyl donor and energy booster). I’m using it to clear up my perioral dermatitis and YES it’s working. I use 20mls of ACV to 20mls of hot water for my solution. I use it as a toner before bed at night after I’ve washed my face. I go to bed with it on, then wash it off in my morning shower with plain warm water.

I’m so sorry I’ve been for about a year now I’m finally taking some supplements burdock and stinging nettle about to add dandelion or milk thistle im also incorporating omegas such as 3 and 6 I take a two table spoons every morning I use hemp(also use it on my face for an addition boost to my moisturizer) I will be trying out pumpkin oil soon since it’s high in zinc check out Liah Yoo channel she’s amazing and has taught me so much! Applying apple cider vinegar to my face helped me with white heads and basic clogged pores. But what cleared my birth control induced cystic acne was the keto diet, drinking apple cider vinegar x2 day and 1% salicylic acid 1x day. I can’t blame it all on the birth control... my diet was filled with carbs and sugar. I think I had to clean my gut out. I cut out all sugars and get my carbs strictly through greens (spinach, kale, broccoli, asparagus). My acne was mostly on my chin and lower cheeks and today I’ve been breakout free for a month. I've been using acv on my face for a bit over a week now. I have never experienced anything like this, all the sebum started to get out in all forms, pimples, greasy skin, whiteheads. My face looked terrible. Now that I'm over that phase the skin is clear, even-toned and soft. My skin isn't sensitive at all so I used raw acv on it on evenings and mornings but I added pure aloe vera gel on the top of it. Best treatment for acne: AcneIce.xyz I'm going to every acne video possible to say that rose water saved my skin and that y'all should try it, it's not expensive and it could be very worth it. I use a normal facewash, then use rosewater as a toner with no cotton pads - just hands, patting it in - and then a normal, non-greasy moisteriser. I've had acne since I was fifteen and now I'm nineteen and it's finally all gone.

Something else that has helped me similar to this, are yellow lemons mixed with egg white. The egg white helps your pours while the acidic acid (also found in ACV) helps with acne/dark spots too.

This is only half correct. It needs to be ACV "with the mother", such as the Bragg's brand carries. "With the mother" ensures it is unrefined, unpasteurized and unfiltered ACV and therefore has the good bacteria in it. Without the bacteria culture in it, it's not going to be nearly as effective. However, because the Bragg's brand is so strong, you want to DILUTE it to avoid burning your skin. Too much exposure to ACV can burn your skin. Many people have used ACV "with the mother" to heal styes and chalazions, after months or years of attempting to use antibiotics/eye drops/compresses. Many people avoided surgically removing chalazions because of this specific type of ACV. Don't just take my word for it though, look it up for yourself!

I tried numerous products to prevent acne. My back was in a terrible state when I started to exercise outside in humid temps which would cause a good amount of sweat to buildup. Personally, for me, it took a solid back scrubber in comb w/ a neutrogena wash. Properly exfoliating our skin is key, it takes time but yields results in most circumstances. On the flip side it eliminates having to buy costly products or ones that will throw pungent odors.

After washing my face, I use 1 part acv, 2 part warm water and applied all over, did not burn at all. Washed it off 15 minutes later and then applied natural aloe vera gel, followed by a moisturizer. Leave it thought the night. Hopefully this routine works, it already removed my acne but now im working on scarring and hyperpigmentation. Good luck to everyone, remember consistency is key.

I had a horrible breakout after eating alot of ice cream. This was 2 months ago. I am still struggling with clearing up my cystic acne. My skin was looking really good earlier this year then bam, my 38 year old self broke out like a 16 year old. Actually the ACV does penetrates pretty deep. It also treats dark circles an bags under the eyes. I use it myself for the same issues and for dark spots on “my whole body”. I also use it to clean the rings on my neck and clean up my chest. You can see results on your first use in many cases like myself. 😇

It really does work. I like for mine to be a little strong but not too much so I dilute it with a lil water but more vinegar. It smoothes out your skin & you will rarely get another bump on your face, unless it’s hormonal. It literally works overnight to smoothes the tiny bumps on our face from the dirt & oil. If you have a pimple that hasn’t formed a head, put some of the ACV toner on it & then toothpaste. It’ll reduce the inflammation overnight

I had athletes foot in between some toes and I tried medicated powder, medicated cream and nothing happened. I soaked my feet in diluted apple cider vinegar for 10 min and the athlete foot completely went away. I did it again a week later and I can’t believe it. My skin on my feet look great.

The first time I did it, I used it undiluted ,with my bare hands😓. After a few minutes my forehead turned bright red,thankfully after using aloe it normalized. Guys please don't use it undiluted,u can burn your skin. Btw it has healed my acne and bumps but the scars are still there.

I use it everyday. Very good for the hair, for getting rid of skin tags and warts. I use it against fungus and bacterial infections. I use white vinegar in the day and organic vinegar at night. You can mask the smell with lotion. Vinegar in hair is good to use it when you know you are nit going to go out cause it can stink and the hair can keep stinky for a few days.
