What's funny is that's what I said a year ago, until I felt the power of a 930hp GT. Ecoboost are platinum when it comes to low cost and still having that mustang style, but there comes a time when you wanna get the full mustang performance of a v8. As an owner of an s550 ecoboost 2023 no shade, but most people who buy an ecoboost, trade the ecoboost.

It does sound a lot better, he’s for sure in normal mode. I just received my eco boost last night and I am actually shocked with how good it sounds in sport and track. Coming from a 2017 it is a big difference. The way it produces torque and switches gears when you get up and go is the same as it’s always been but it’s been a blast driving it!

Up until 2010 GTs were lucky to see 315 hp the 90s 210hp maybe 245hp. The 80s, late 70s, shitboxs. Come on now. 315 ecos sick. Just wish the salesman holding his tie, didn't fire this thing up and bounce the rpms. Bro that's a 4 cylinder, and the turbo is stealing all it's sound, and the oil is at the bottom of the pan. And when 2,000 wasn't loud enough, you Amy Winhouse,d it up to 6, grand. (Winhoused, buried, anyway) , "that's pretty darn good", acting like, I've built some motors in my day. But, this. The 4cyl turbo is nothing new to ford and the mustang , the SVO 2.3L turbo mustang back in the day was pretty good motors . I actually transplanted the motor in a single cab ford ranger In the early 2000's and it was a badass little truck .

Nothing I want more than a V8 Coyote rn, but at 23 I still got a little more to go before I can afford it. When I was 19 I saved up and knew I wanted an S550 Mustang but could only afford an ecoboost. Def not a V8 but I love her, and the ride has been awesome

I read somewhere that this motor had multiple plastic parts...plastic valve covers and timing chain cover. Jeep supposedly has those and are causing major engine issues right at 50k to 60k miles. I have a really hard time getting excited about new cars that are cheaply built, spy on you, and have giant living room tv screens akwardly attached to the dashboard.😔
