The original estimate of the combined project was based on the fully diluted market cap of all three projects combined. After the announcement I believe price ran up which meant there was a premium being placed on the value of the combined project. That number obviously changes day to day as the token prices change day to day with the market. I’ll be buying FET since it sounds like it will be a 1 to 1 swap with the new ASI token whenever it’s released.
