How about 17years old nephew accusing a 23 years old tito nya po yung akusado. And the rape is about 9 years ago is there any posibilities na nag sisinungaling yung bata kasi nahuli namin sya ng mga kamag anak namin na nakipag tanan. After namin sya maiuwi sa bahay is dumeretso sila sa dswd saka nag file ng rape case. Noong unang blotter last 2018 wala pong nangyare kasi nag pupunta pa din naman sila sa timitirhan namin ng byenan ko which is lola nung bata. Lagi lagi sila nandon wala naman reaction yung 17years old na dalaga. Inuutusan pa nga sya ng tito nya at nag uusap pa sila sa harap namin parang wala. As in wala kang makikita na bahid ng galit sa bata. Fast forward. After makita yung bata na nakipag tanan. Hindj lang yung tito niya ang kinasuhan niya kundi nag sinungaling sya na pati yung papa nya daw ay minomolestya sya. Is there posibilities na sinusul sulan lang sya ng lola niyang isa sa sode ng mama niya kasi ayaw ng lola niya sa pamilya ng mga akusado. ?

Tapos po tuloy pa din yung relasyon nila nung ka tanan niya. Ay last 2019 pala hinamon namin sila ng loe detector test kaya parang walang nngyare sa blotter niya sa brgy. Natatakot sya mag pa loe detector test. May posibilities kaya n nagawa ng kwento yung bata kasi ayon sa chat niya sa tita niya ay gusto nya na kumawala sa magulang niya which is papa nya kasi nsa abroad yung nanay. Sabi nya don na gusto lang naman daw niya na masunod maman yung desisyon nya kasi puro papa nalang. Take note 17years old palang sya po

Two General Classification nya yung RApe through sexual assault at Rape through sexual intercourse. (marital rape, statutory rape and gang rape may fall in rape through sexual assault unless the means employed falls under sexual assault like inserting penis through mouth, anus or an object through the vagina or anus.)
